QUOTE from our greatest Tidal Treasure (Gary)

QUOTE from our greatest Tidal Treasure (Gary)

BACKGROUND: Yesterday was a very busy day down at the barn.  People going in six different directions, horses here there and everywhere, busy, busy, busy all day.  Gary couldn't get down in the evening to do chores as he had snuck to the emergency room in Windsor to take care of a damaged thumb (still haven't been able to find the hammer!) So, all hands were on deck last night; in his absence, our Tidal Treasures crew took over.

This morning, all is quiet (everyone thought it was going to rain and income taxes are due!) Gary went down to the barn to do his chores, expecting a lot of work to be needed since he missed last night.   He has just come up to the house for a coffee.  He shook his head, looked at me and softly said ..."Do you know, that barn was spotlessly clean."

It says a lot for this crew to have had such a busy weekend, and then make the effort to ensure our animals are cared for and our barn remains clean and tidy.  It shows team pride in the wonderful little community of trail riders that has developed, and we certainly appreciate their efforts. THANKS!

  1. Gary does so much for us all, so it was only natural to pull together and help him out for a change. Everything is better with team work too. Hope your feeling better Gary! :)
